I had a wonderful experience with Southern Arizona Pools. Roy came to my house, took measurements and gave 3D renderings that helped me visualize different options. He was patient, easy to work with, and explained details with clarity. Braun was a stellar project manager. He was always responsive and helpful. The crews were polite, hardworking, and just all around professional. I love the end result. The pool is beautiful and everything I was hoping for.

This is our first Pool build. Great experience all around. Started the pool design with Justin. Absolute amazing Pool design. He took our Wishes and added his expertise. The results were amazing. I truly have no words to accurately describe my gratitude. Great quality build in less than three months. All of the staff and contractors our professional, highly skilled, and very courteous. The foreman, Steve, has decades of experience and is truly the expert in his field. He is very courteous, knowledgeable, and attention to detail is second to none. We worked with designer Justin he xame up with an amazing design for our yard. We had designs from 4 other companies and they dudnt come close to what justin designed for us. The workers were all cary friendly accomodating and extremely competent. Our yard came out even better than the drawing showed us we could not be more pleased this company is amazing.

Southern Arizona Pools, in a word, is outstanding! From our first home visit, to putting on the final touches, we have nothing but good things to say about this company. The design Justin created more than exceeded our expectations. Justin collaborated with us to capture the vision we had for the backyard pool/patio area. He worked within the physical constraints of the property and delivered a design which fully realized the available potential of our backyard area.
When visiting their showroom and navigating all the choices, Penny was extremely helpful. Penny has a spot-on color sense that we really appreciated. Itzel helped tremendously to keep all the tradesmen on schedule. Also, thanks to Itzel for helping us secure our mosaics that put a personal touch on our pool. We also want to acknowledge the tradesmen who were superb at their craft. Additionally, we appreciate the great job Bo did at pool setup and explaining our equipment.
Then last, but not least, Braun, the project superintendent, did an amazing job at keeping everything and everyone on task. Braun is communicative and attentive, with a keen eye toward the final product. Braun made sure the details and loose ends were all addressed for the completed project. We appreciate all the effort Braun put in to ensure we were completely satisfied with our pool and patio creation!

We’re so glad we picked Southern AZ (SOAZ) Pools to design and install both our pool and backyard landscaping in 2022! From start to finish, they really listened and delivered exactly what we wanted, all in record time. They stuck to the schedule we gave them from the beginning. The technicians were always on time, friendly, and did a great job every day. Our project manager was juggling several pool installs while working on ours, but it felt like we were his only customer! The financial part was also a breeze, as they gave us a schedule for when payments were due. We’ve never owned a pool before, and since it was completed, we’ve called SOAZ Pools a couple of times with questions. Each time, Steve M would come over and walk us through everything.
